• What are ZIVA SL RPU Grip Discs made from?
  ZIVA RPU Grip Discs consist of a solid steel weight plate that is precision calibrated to ensure it is exactly the right weight for more scientific resistance training. This steel plate is wrapped in a revolutionary material - RPU, or rubberized polyurethane - that is scratch- and scuff-resistant, is able to hold a vast variety of colors. In the center of the weight disc is a wear-resistant chromed steel insert that allows for easier rotation around any Olympic-sized Bar to maintain optimal weight distribution and give a longer life to your exercise equipment.

  ZIVA RPU Grip Discs are designed to be used mostly for barbell exercises like bench press, squat, deadlifts, or others. Thanks to their easy to grip handles, they can be used on their own for some other exercises, but their primary use will be with Olympic Bars movements.
