• How easy is it to move the EX F-I-D Bench around the gym?
  The EX F-I-D Bench is very easy to move around the gym thanks to an easy grip handle and sturdy PU wheels. Simply grab the handle, tilt the Bench forward, and roll it into the desired position. Once it's in place, the F-I-D Bench's wide rubber feet keep it firmly in place until it's time to move it to a different section of the gym.
  
• What features distinguish ZIVA's EX F-I-D Bench from any other bench?
  The EX F-I-D Bench, on top of a superior aesthetic that lends gyms a higher class look and feel, includes a few differntiating factors that put it a step above other benches. Its back and seat are made with a sturdy yet comfortable high density foam wrapped in double-stitched synthetic leather. Additionally, our F-I-D Bench includes an additional level of adjustment on the seat (3x as opposed to the usual 2x) and 2x additional levels on the back of the bench (7x as opposed to the usual 5x).

First, no free weight section is complete without an F-I-D Bench.
