Choosing the right size Anti-Burst Ball to supercharge your workouts depends on your height and weight. As a general rule, if you under 5'6" and 135 lbs., you should go with the 55cm ball. If you're between 5'6" and 5'11" and under 165 lbs. you should go with the 65cm ball. And if you're over 6', the 75cm ball is going to be your best choice. Whatever size, it's a terrific tool for more impactful ab workouts.
