- The ZVO Premium Olympic Bar is a precision weighted steel bar etched with a diamond pattern known as knurling. The bar and its collars (the technical name for the ends of the barbell) come with a scratch- and rust-resistant coat of black oxide. Inside the collars are needle roller bearings that allow for smooth, easy, even rotation for more stable lifts.
