The Olympic Bar has been the basis for any weight training routine since weight training came into being. - ZIVA's Olympic Bar is a steel bar etched with a diamond pattern known as knurling and covered in a scratch- and rust-resistant chrome. The ends of the barbell, called its collars, are also crafted from steel and have the same chrome coat. Inside these collars sits a needle roller bearing that allows for smooth rotation of the collars which makes for easier lifts.
- We suggest having a ZIVA Olympic Bar for every squat rack, bench press, and deadlift platform. If your gym has clients who enjoy using barbells for any of the other exercises they are famous for - there are so, so many - we also suggest keeping some Olympic Barbells on hand to meet user demand.
