• What is the construction of the Performance RPU Dumbbell?
  ZIVA Performance Dumbbells are solid steel handles and heads. The handles are knurled and coated with a scratch- and rust-resistant chrome while the heads are covered in a tough scuff-resistant RPU (rubberized polyurethane) coat. These dumbbells are made to withstand the intense training environments of commercial gyms, and are designed to take a beating and stay looking new.
  
• What's the big deal about RPU?
  RPU (rubberized polyurethane) is an innovative material that is scratch- and scuff-resistant, totally odor-free, holds its shape for longer despite intense training environments, and with which we can replicate the entire range of Pantone colors. This makes RPU ideal for custom free weights, as it can faithfully reproduce logos and keep them looking fresh and new for longer than other materials so your gym looks exactly as you want it to.
  
• What weight range would be ideal for a dumbbell set for our gym?
  ZIVA Performance Dumbbell Sets come in a variety of weight ranges. The right weight range depends on your gym and your gym's clientele. Are you a boutique fitness studio primarily focused on HIIT training or low-weight, high-rep workouts? The lower weight ranges of dumbbells will probably meet your needs. Are you buying for an underground, hard and heavy powerlifting gym? Then the higher ranges will better suit you. Have a mix of both? We also offer a complete dumbbell range that goes from 5 - 100 lbs.!
