• What are these weight discs made from?
  The ZIVA Weight Set RPU Discs are made from solid steel plates with an RPU coating that is scratch- and scuff-resistant. The weight plates have a chrome steel insert at their center that allows for easier rotation around the bar to maintain optimal weight distribution and give a longer life.
  
• Are these weight discs compatible with other bars?
  ZIVA Weight Set RPU Discs are compatible with the ZIVA Studio Bar and with most bars associated labelled as "studio."
  
• What exercises are possible with these weight discs?
  Not only are these weight plates made to go on any studio bar, making them perfect for classic compound exercises like bench press, overhead press, deadlift, and more, but their handles make them easy to use off the bar, as well. ZIVA Weight Set RPU Discs can be used for rows, to add resistance to ab training, and are really only limited by your imagination.
