ZIVA Resistance Tubes come in 4 levels of resistance: light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy. But these 4 levels can actually be a bit misleading. In reality, if you have a set of all 4 you can vary the resistance in up to 16 ways. This means you can go heavier for compound movements, vary resistance levels based on a muscle group's size and strength, and can even do very finely tuned isolation exercises with the lightest level of resistance.
