• What is the overall construction of the EX Functional Training Station?
  The EX Functional Training Station's frame is made from thick plate steel coated in a scratch- and rust-resistant black powder finish. Its shelves are made from sturdy aluminum with PVC lining to protect both the shelves and the exercise equipment that rests on them. The overhead pullup bar and side stretch bars are made from steel tubing with a scratch- and rust-resistant black powder finish. And all the hardware is made from the same top-grade steel, as well.
  
• What is the EX Functional Training Station used for?
  The EX Functional Training Station serves as a hub for functional fitness training. It stores and displays functional fitness equipment. It offers 2x (two) dedicated suspension training anchors but can also be used to anchor suspension trainers from a huge array of alternative angles. It serves as a stretching station that allows users to achieve a greater variety of stretches than are otherwise possible. It can be used for pullups. And when paired with a TV in the included bracket, it becomes a digital trainer.
  
• How much equipment can be organized on the EX Functional Training Station?
  The EX Functional Training Station includes a total of 10x (ten) shelves whose positions can be shifted depending on the exercise equipment you want to include with it. Each shelf can hold up to 10x pairs of dumbbells, 6x kettlebells, or 4x wall balls depending on size, but ultimately the number of pieces of exercise equipment they hold is up to you!
