• What is the general construction of the Plyo Box?
  All ZIVA Plyo Boxes are made with a hard-wearing, easy on-off PVC jacket wrapped around sturdy PU foam core. The inside of the Glute Plyo Box is a slightly different construction with a PU outer core wrapped around a dense PE inner core.
  
• In which part of the gym should Plyo Boxes be placed?
  ZIVA Plyo Boxes make the most sense as part of a functional fitness area or - if your gym has an area dedicated to personal training - it will probably be helpful to include some Plyo Boxes there, as well.
